Booking procedure
Just check that the week that you would like is available from the booking calendar. Then either phone or email to confirm the booking. We will then send you our conditions of hire and booking form, either by post or email for signature, Please return with your cheque for 25% of the hire price payable to C Rham.
The balance is payable six weeks before the start of the hire period. We would recommend that cancellation insurance be taken out as once any monies are paid, we regret that we cannot make any refunds unless the cottage is re-booked. Once the balance has been received, we will acknowledge receipt and provide you with full directions and check-in instructions. To allow us to fully service the cottage between guests, we request that you arrive after 3pm and leave by 10am.
