This comfortable, spacious cottage covers two floors and offers a large kitchen and good sized but cosy rooms, in the heart of one of the most picturesque villages in the Scottish Highlands.

Double bedroom with fitted furniture.
Large kitchen with dining table and chairs, electric  cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and electric kettle. There is also a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Large Bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. Also an automatic washing machine.
Separate WC with washbasin.

Upstairs:

Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Large lounge with TV and video recorder, radio/cd/tape player together with a range of tapes cds and video tapes. Sofas/armchairs for six, dining table and chairs.

    The property is fully double-glazed and centrally heated

    The cottage sleeps four with two extra 'z' beds for use in the lounge making a maximum of six. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.  There are regular performances, ceilidhs etc in the village's magnificent Victorian pavilion www.strathpefferpavilion.org

    You can order groceries in advance from Tesco (five miles away at Dingwall) - the postcode for the cottage is IV14 9BA.
